Maintenance of communal areas
The maintenance of "Boyana Fantasy"
Apartments will be provided by the
investors and will include
Maintenance of the communal garden
and swimming pool; maintenance,
cleaning and electricity bills of
the common parts (corridors of the
block); security services; reception
desk services; standard repairs
occurring from the normal use of the
building. The annual fee will be
provided later.

Furnishing packages are offered for
all "Boyana Fantasy" Apartments by

General conditions
• All buyers will be required to
sign a Preliminary Contract one
month after they have send a
deposit.
• No company is needed to own an
apartment in "Boyana Fantasy"
Complex.
• It is not necessary for buyers to
visit Bulgaria in order to sign the
contracts or to acquire the
ownership of their apartment. All
paperwork and documents can be
completed and posted to our office
by secure mail.
Reservation of apartments
Any apartment in "Boyana Fantasy"
can be reserved immediately with a
non-refundable deposit of 5% of the
apartment’s price. The buyer is
expected to sign a preliminary
contract with the development
company as a proof of the payment.
3% agency commission is charged
calculated on the purchase price of
the apartment. The commission is
payable to the bank account of the
agency, along with the payment of
the second installment.
