We are more than
delighted to present you this lovely
property disposed at the foot of
Stara Planina Mountain. There is a
SPA resort near by (8 km) and the
Central Balkan Mountains is close to
it. The village stands 54 km away
from the sixth largest city in
Bulgaria – Stara Zagora. The city is
also one of the most contemporary
cities in Bulgaria. The Koprinka dam
is few kilometers to the place. The
dam wall allows for visitors to
cross freely from the north shore of
the construction to the south and
enjoy the panoramic view. The
property also stands at the distance
of 171 km away from one of the most
famous ski resorts in Bulgaria-
Pamporovo.
The property consists of one storied
house with area 130 sq. m, a
basement (20 sq. m), a parking lot
for two cars and a garden vast 800
sq. m.
Ground floor: The living area here

located is a small one, but with

distillery, ostrich farm, a kinder
garden and a post office. Only 20 km
from the village is located the town
of Kazanlak, famous as the center of
the “Roses’ Valley” and “Kings’
Valley”. The valley of the
Gabrovnitsa River is one of the
largest and most beautiful in the
mountain and it passing near by it.
At the territory of the village is
located “Sokolna” reserve-one of the
natural gardens that have preserved
the variety of the threatened with
extinction plants – Stara planina
primrose, yellow mountain cream,
Stara planina edelweiss and many
others. At the territory of the
Sokolna reserve there are more than
600 species of plants.
