Characteristics of the Vinitsa district
Viniza is a quiet district surrounded by green plots, close to the sea. Most of the apartments have a sea panoramic view and are suitable for families or parties of 2 to 6 people. You could easily reach all Varna city attractions by car or bus- museums, Sport Palace, Navy School, the Zoo, the Pantheon and last but not least the beautiful Sea Garden which is the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula (400 000 sq.m). There is a bus stop near by which connects the district with all Varna regions as well as with the sea resorts.

Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment in the "Viniza" Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3%, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charge 3% agency commission for Viniza Apartments, payable when the first instalment is due.

The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf.

All prices include final and include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4-6% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
